Join the Coach Archie Duran Memorial 5K Virtual Run for our 3rd Annual Walk/Run. The virtual event, taking place April 4th through 10th, will honor the life and legacy of former Jefferson and Irvin High School teacher and coach, Archie Duran, who passed away in a bus accident during a high school sports trip four years ago. 

Participate with friends and family in our 5K virtual run or walk one mile for a good cause. All proceeds from this event directly benefit the foundation which provides scholarships to El Paso area students.

The first 200 people to register will receive T-shirts, medals and a tote bag.

The Coach Archie Duran Memorial Scholarship fund was established by the family of beloved track coach Archie Duran. The fund honors the life and legacy of the former Jefferson and Irvin High School track coach who died in a bus crash in Hudspeth County in 2017.
