El Paso Giving Day is an online charitable giving campaign designed to shine a light on the essential work of nonprofit organizations and ignite the spirit of giving in our community. Founded in 2016 by the Paso del Norte Community Foundation and partner organizations, El Paso Giving Day has raised nearly $6 million from thousands of donors for over 200 nonprofit organizations. This year's Giving Day will be held on October 21, 2021.
In 2020, more than 5,700 unique donors gave 7,619 gifts to 216 registered organizations. $1,915,572 was raised by October 15, 2020 at 11:59 PM, including $300,000 in matching funds and more than $32,000 in incentive prizes.
