El Paso Giving Day (EPGD) is an on-line charitable giving campaign designed to shine a light on the essential work of nonprofit organizations and ignite the spirit of giving in our community. This year's Giving Day will be held on October 15, 2020.
In 2019, the fourth annual El Paso Giving Day shattered previous giving days raising $3.19 million from 3,526 donors for 195 nonprofit organizations including a record number of new and younger donors.
This year, Walmart is matching donations made on-line during El Paso Giving Day from 12:01 am to 11:59 pm on October 15th up to $10,000 per organization for total matching funds of up to $300,000.
