The Paso del Norte Community Foundation is proud to recognize the GECU Foundation as a valued Bronze Partner in Philanthropy. Guided by its longstanding “people helping people” philosophy, the GECU Foundation continues to invest in programs that expand opportunity and strengthen families across the Paso del Norte region through education, financial wellness, scholarships, volunteerism, and community support.

The Paso del Norte Community Foundation is proud to launch the third year of the Community Impact Summer Internship Program, an initiative designed to strengthen both the nonprofit sector and the future workforce of the Paso del Norte region. Presented in collaboration with Workforce Solutions Borderplex and supported by Bank of America and Union Pacific, the program connects college students with paid summer internships at local nonprofit organizations.

This year, the program is seeking 15 nonprofit organizations interested in hosting student interns during the summer experience.
