Our fifth workshop in this year's workshop series will take place on Thursday, September 30th at 11 AM MST. Social media and marketing expert, Gracie Cain Viramontes, will be uncovering the best ways to utilize social media during your organization's El Paso Giving Day campaign.

Gracie Viramontes was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. She is the founder of Emajj Public Relations & Marketing firm and host/producer of the Pass of the North radio show on I-Heart radio. Her objective for creating Emajj was to emphasize the importance of a business standing out and being distinguishable from the rest, which helped establish Emajj as one of the most important public relations agencies in the Paso del Norte region.

At a very early age, Gracie became engaged in school and community activities. By the age of 14, she won and received the entrepreneur scholarship from the YWCA and Levis Strauss & CO., which allowed her to open her 1st business, a small coffee shop in front of Ysleta High school called “Loca Moca.” A native El Pasoan, Gracie is an active member of the community that has given so much to her. She has served on many boards and given her time to several organizations such as Operation Hope, Progress321, the Segundo Barrio Backpack drive, and the Junior League of El Paso.

Thanks to her tenacity, creative skills, and experience, she has demonstrated the ability to make a business excel, with certifications from the American Marketing Association, Google Digital Marketing, and the Digital Marketing Institute. Without a doubt, Gracie represents the future of El Paso.
