The deadline is approaching for The Green Hope Project's 8th annual Trash to Treasure received art contest! Artists of all ages can receive a prize for turning ordinary trash into art. The project began with the El Dorado High School art students adopting a section of the highway to clean up and then turning what they found into artwork.
