Workshops and host commitment
Shared learning experience for students and host sites
Because this program is designed to build both student success and host site readiness, participating nonprofits will be expected to engage in the same workshops as students when relevant. This shared experience helps supervisors better support interns, align expectations, and reinforce the program’s focus on professional growth, AI readiness, financial literacy, and career development. Host participation in workshops will be part of the selection and evaluation process.
Help shape the next generation of community leaders!
