The Dale Elizabeth Reed Memorial Scholarship Fund was established by Dale's children to honor her twenty-five year career as a teacher in EPISD. Dale spent the majority of her years as an educator teaching third grade at MacArthur Elementary where she was named Teacher of the Year for the 1976-77 school year. She was also an active member of Alpha Delta Kappa teacher's sorority and was honored by them as an outstanding teacher at the Founder's Day luncheon in 1982. It is hoped that this fund will allow many student's to achieve their lifetime goals through education.
