A Fund of

This legacy fund was established in honor of Jim Phillips, a pioneer business leader and philanthropist who made an extraordinary impact on the El Paso community.  The fund supports the mission of Paso del Norte Health Foundation. The Health Foundation leads, leverages and invests in initiatives, programs and policies that promote health and prevent disease in the Paso del Norte region.
