Ronnie Parks Fine Arts Scholarship Fund

This fund was established by an anonymous donor in honor of Mr. Ronnie Parks.  Mr. Parks was a Theater Teacher and Counselor from 1964-2002 at White Deer High School, Bel Air High School, Eastwood High School and Hanks High School.  He guided his students through the challenges of their teenage years with gentle understanding, genuine compassion and the magic of theatre - casting them as the heroes in their own journeys.
