The Frank Clark Scholarship was established to support graduating high school seniors from Canutillo High School. 

"Frank Clark dedicated his life to education in every form. He was a giving man, always helping those in need. It is with great pride that we offer this scholarship in his name. His legacy of kindness will carry through the giving of this scholarship."
