Since 2015, uHub has been Northern Mexico’s first inclusive entrepreneurship catalyst—rooted in Chihuahua, powered by the belief that talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not.

We work with overlooked innovators—women, Indigenous leaders, persons with disabilities, and caregivers—equipping them to break barriers, launch businesses, and transform communities across Ciudad Juárez, a city shaped by resilience in the face of gender violence, migration, and inequality.

Why It Matters?

Without targeted support, brilliant ideas remain untapped. uHub’s proven methodology activates entrepreneurial leadership where others don’t reach:

  • 850+ entrepreneurs supported since 2015
  • 85% still active two years later
  • 100+ social ventures launched, creating jobs and local solutions

Impact You Can See

Take Teresa Ríos, a caregiver and community leader from Chihuahua. With uHub’s support, she gained the tools and confidence to build her own initiative:

“I came to uHub to strengthen my skills. I didn't know how to build a civil association or lead a women's network in Chihuahua. Now I’m launching 'Mukimátame'—which means 'woman who thinks' in our dialect—a project offering workshops for women.” — Teresa Ríos, uHub Entrepreneur

How We Do It

  2. Strategic mentorship – professionally trained mentors walk beside each founder, delivering 300+ sessions annually.
  3. Purpose-driven networks – peer support, customers and funding—whenever they need it.
