Since 2015, uHub has been Northern Mexico’s first inclusive entrepreneurship catalyst—rooted in Chihuahua, powered by the belief that talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not.

We work with overlooked innovators—women, Indigenous leaders, persons with disabilities, and caregivers—equipping them to break barriers, launch businesses, and transform communities across Ciudad Juárez, a city shaped by resilience in the face of gender violence, migration, and inequality.

How We Do It

1. Human-centered skill building – bite-sized, bilingual workshops that grow business know-how and self-leadership.
2. Strategic mentorship – professionally trained mentors walk beside each founder, delivering 300+ sessions annually.
3. Purpose-driven networks – peer support, customers and funding—whenever they need it.
