This year, we proudly celebrate Tracy Yellen’s 13-year anniversary with our family of foundations and her years of service to the Paso del Norte region.

As Chief Executive Officer, Tracy provides leadership to the Paso del Norte Community Foundation, Paso del Norte Health Foundation and Fundación Paso del Norte, helping advance philanthropy, nonprofit investment and community impact across our binational, tri-state region. Under her leadership, initiatives such as El Paso Giving Day and the Nonprofit Conference: Reimagine! have created new opportunities for nonprofits to grow, connect and strengthen their work.

Before joining the Foundations, Tracy held leadership roles in philanthropy, community development and public outreach, experiences that continue to shape her commitment to our region. We are grateful for her vision, dedication and 13 years of leadership with our family of foundations and for the lasting impact of her service to our community.
