The PdNCF is pleased to announce the Bill Mattingly Memorial Scholarship Fund recipients! Cade Oost, resident at the University of California, Berkeley, and Kara Dunkle, optometry student at the Ohio State College of Optometry. Established by Sean and Julie Mattingly, the Bill Mattingly Memorial Scholarship provides scholarships for students of Optometry and residents who have committed to practicing low vision.
