The Paso del Norte Community Foundation is proud to announce the official launch of the 10th annual El Paso Giving Day (EPGD) campaign with a special Season Opener event for nonprofits from west Texas, southern New Mexico, and Cd. Juárez.

This year’s kickoff event will take place on Wednesday, August 14, 2025, from noon to 2 pm at the SAC 2, located at 1300 Joe Battle, Lot B, El Paso, TX 79936. The EPGD Season Opener is open to all nonprofit organizations interested in participating in this year’s campaign.

 “El Paso Giving Day has become the region’s largest online day of giving, and this milestone year is all about celebrating the nonprofits that drive change in our communities,” said Lupe Diaz, Program Manager of the Paso del Norte Community Foundation. “We’re thrilled to bring everyone together to launch this year’s campaign and help nonprofits register and gear up for success.”

 The Season Opener will include:

• On-site registration support for participating organizations
• Details about this year’s prize opportunities and campaign timeline
• A chance to get a limited-edition 10th anniversary El Paso Giving Day shirt with a $20 donation
• Networking with nonprofits across the region
