This month, the Paso del Norte Community Foundation and  El Paso Museum of Art broke ground for the Star Ceiling Project. The installation will be designed to encourage connection, communication, and community and serve as a comfortable, accessible, and inspiring gathering place for residents of El Paso-Cd. Juárez - free and available for all.
