Congratulations to the 35 nonprofit professionals who graduated this week from the 2026 Power, Purpose, Plan: Fund Development Learning Series!

Over the past six months, participants from nonprofit organizations across El Paso, Las Cruces and Ciudad Juárez came together to strengthen their fundraising strategies, sharpen their messaging, deepen donor relationships and build connections with fellow nonprofit leaders across the region.

Led by Dr. Andrea Tawney, Power, Purpose, Plan is part of the Paso del Norte Community Foundation’s continued investment in a strong and sustainable nonprofit community. By providing nonprofit professionals with practical tools, resources, and opportunities to learn from one another, we are helping organizations build their capacity to better serve our region for years to come.
