Walmart supports frontline workers with gift to the Fortify the Heroes Fund
Thank you to Walmart for their generous donation to the Paso del Norte Community Foundation's Fortify the Heroes Fund established by 21-year old Nicholas Spurbeck earlier this year to support El Paso’s frontline healthcare workers.
Thanks to a generous $50,000 gift from Walmart, and an additional $750 gift from CCIM West Texas Chapter, local restaurants provided 6,530 meals to feed El Paso's frontline workers during the first week of December.
We are so happy to have brightened the day of our frontline workers at The Hospitals of Providence, University Medical Center El Paso, El Paso Children's Hospital, Las Palmas Del Sol Healthcare, William Beaumont Army Medical Center, and the El Paso Convention Center during this challenging time.
