Welcome Anna Apodaca!

The Paso del Norte Community Foundation (PdNCF) is pleased to announce the addition of Anna Apodaca to the team as Rental Assistance Program Manager. In this role, Anna is responsible for managing and promoting the rental assistance programs designed to benefit eligible tenants in our community who have been adversely impacted by COVID-19. The PdNCF facilitated $7M in rental assistance in 2020 and is partnering with the City and County of El Paso to facilitate another $13M in rental assistance this year. 

Anna brings a breadth of experience to her role as Rental Assistance Program Manager.  She previously worked in government at the local and state levels and has experience with compliance, community engagement, and program management from her time at Workforce Solutions Borderplex.

Anna is a lifelong resident of the Sun City and loves her community.  She earned a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso and has Juris Doctorate from American University in Washington, D.C.  Anna is a graduate of Leadership El Paso - Class 38 and serves on the Diocesan Migrant and Refugee Services board as well as the El Paso USO Advisory Board. Anna is a dog lover who enjoys spending time with her husband and family and is excited about this new opportunity with the PdNCF to support the community through rental assistance.
