We’re proud to welcome Reconnecting with the Disconnected as a fund of the Paso del Norte Community Foundation. This community-driven program supports at-risk youth by providing meaningful second chances, guidance, and tools for long-term success.

Through an eight-week program rooted in mentorship, education, and life-skills development, participants receive social-emotional learning, structured workshops, and consistent support to help them rebuild confidence and reconnect with their potential.

Reconnecting with the Disconnected is also a Keep Texas Beautiful affiliate, engaging participants and volunteers in community clean-up and beautification efforts across the region—strengthening both individual growth and neighborhood pride.

As a fund of the Paso del Norte Community Foundation, the program is expanding its reach and deepening its impact—supporting young people while helping build a cleaner, more connected community.
