Lupe Diaz serves the Paso del Norte Community Foundation as Program Manager. In her role, Ms. Diaz will be responsible for growing the foundation's assets by inspiring, managing, and executing the nonprofit investment's priority areas, which include Partners in Philanthropy, El Paso Giving Day, Nonprofit Conference, and other fund-developing efforts.
She is a dedicated marketing and communications professional with a passion for community engagement. She most recently served as the Marketing and Communications Manager for the El Paso Downtown Management District for two years. She played a key role in promoting and enhancing Downtown El Paso. Before that, she spent over four years at the Humane Society of El Paso, leading the volunteer program and later serving as Community Relations Coordinator, organizing events and fundraising efforts to support animal welfare. A dedicated animal advocate, Lupe volunteered as part of the El Paso Giving Day Leadership Committee, helping to expand philanthropic efforts and driving charitable giving within the community.
Her work is driven by a deep love for El Paso and a passion for making a lasting impact, and she is excited to lead PdNCF’s nonprofit investment projects.
