A Star is Born Gala is the Business One-Stop Shop’s (BOSS) inaugural signature event, celebrating the entrepreneurs and
leaders driving innovation across our region.

Bringing together business owners, community partners, and changemakers, the gala is a night of recognition, storytelling,
and connection, honoring those who are building businesses and strengthening El Paso’s economy.

The evening will begin with an exclusive VIP reception from 5:00–6:00 PM, followed by the dinner and award ceremony
from 6:00–9:00 PM. Guests will also enjoy a lively atmosphere featuring a dance floor, photo booth, and auction items.

Funds raised directly support programs that help businesses start, grow, and succeed, expanding access to critical
resources, technical assistance, and opportunities through initiatives such as:
-AI courses
-Marketing and branding workshops
-Access to capital readiness
-And much more!
