Paso del Norte Community Foundation invites nonprofit leaders to apply for Power, Purpose, Plan: Fund Development—an in-person, six-part learning series designed to strengthen your fundraising strategy and help your organization build an actionable, realistic fund development plan.
Led by fundraising expert Dr. Andrea Tawney of ATawney Consulting LLC, this immersive program equips CEOs/Executive Directors and development staff with tools, best practices, and practical workshops to elevate your fundraising from planning to execution.

Workshop “Plays”
-First Play: Donor Identification Workshop
-Second Play: Donor Qualification Workshop
-Third Play: Donor Cultivation Workshop
-Fourth Play: Donor Solicitation Workshop (includes a small funders panel + pitch session)
-Constant Play: Donor Stewardship Workshop
Who Should Apply:
This series is designed for organizations ready to commit and implement.
Participation requirements include:
-Commitment to all six in-person sessions
-Two designated participants must attend every session (recommended pairings include Marketing & Communications + -- Development, or CEO/Executive Director + Development)
-Active engagement in discussion, assignments, and strategy development
Note: Missing multiple sessions may impact eligibility for program incentives, including potential matching fund opportunities.
Tuition
$750 total tuition covers two staff members from the same organization.
