The Juárez COVID-19 Response Fund was established by the Fundacion Paso del Norte para la Salud & Bienestar to support the acquisition and distribution of needed protective equipment for healthcare and other frontline workers in Ciudad Juárez.

The Fundacion Paso del Norte is a Mexican Asociacion Civil established in 2015 to advance initiatives, programs and partnerships to improve health and well-being of children, youth and families in the Ciudad Juárez region.  The Fundacion Paso del Norte is part of the Paso del Norte Community Foundation’s Community of Philanthropy.
