This fund supports the Paso del Norte Health Foundation’s leadership development programs including REALIZE Executive and REALIZE Board. The Health Foundation’s REALIZE leadership programs were dedicated to Bob Hoy for his long history and commitment supporting the development of emerging leaders in the El Paso community.
