You have many options when it comes to your charitable giving.

Current & Planned Gifts 

The Foundation accepts gifts and pledges of current assets and planned gifts. You may establish a Named Fund with gifts or pledges of $5,000 or more over five years. You may designate your gift to the fund of your choice. Gifts and pledges include:

  • Charitable Remander Trusts 

Memorials & Gifts

The Paso del Norte Community Foundation accepts contributions in honor and memory of family and friends.

  • Designated memorial funds are used as you would like them to be.
  • Undesignated honorary/memorial gifts will be placed in the Foundation’s General Memorial Fund. 
  • The Foundation sends you a thank you/tax letter and letter of acknowledgement to the family/friend that a gift has been made.

Unrestricted

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Foundation, all gifts shall be classified as unrestricted. 

Gift Acceptance, Management and Distribution Policy

The Paso del Norte Community Foundation adopted the Gift Acceptance, Management and Distribution Policy to ensure stewardship, transparency and accountability in the management of charitable contributions to the Foundation and to protect the interests of donors and the Foundation.
