Nonprofit Conference: Reimagine! Agenda Announced

Taking place May 3rd and May 4th at the Starlight Event Center, the conference is designed for nonprofit executive leadership, staff, board members, and community-driven professionals. This year features diverse programming including our keynote speaker, presentations, and panel discussions by sought-after nonprofit professionals, philanthropists, corporate leaders, and partners.

On May 3rd from 5:00 to 6:30 pm, attendees are welcome to come together to think, develop, and grow at the Reimagine! Networking event. This event will provide attendees an opportunity to connect and learn more about the PdNCF’s inaugural Gator Tank.

On May 4th beginning at 8:00 am, attendees will be engaged through high-level thought leadership and skill-building at the all-day conference.

Notably, the PdNCF presents keynote speaker, coach, author, and thought leader, Tracy Spears. Tracy Spears is a Certified Speaking Professional and the Founder of the Exceptional Leaders Lab. She specializes in developing leaders, inspiring teamwork, and enhancing inter-office communications. The innovative content in her keynote speeches and workshops is taken directly from her best-selling books, “What Exceptional Leaders Know” and “The Exceptional Leaders Playbook”.

Her energetic and interactive approach will help nonprofit leaders and aspiring leaders improve their skills, their communication, and their understanding of how people and organizations succeed.

The conference will also focus on topics and themes related to Organizational Culture and Evolution, Workforce Challenges in the Borderplex, Growing Diversity in Philanthropy, and Leveraging Data, Measuring Impact.

Attendees will be engaged by three thoughtful presentations followed by panel discussions and Q&A from regional and national leaders in the field. The panel discussions will also integrate the experiences and perspectives of local nonprofit organizations.

A luncheon panel on Nonprofits and the Media will complement the conference programming, in addition to three stellar Lightning Talks from leaders at The Miles Foundation, Helen of Troy, and The Aspen Institute Latinos and Society Program.
