Texas Tech Health Sciences Center El Paso: Transforming Lives Through Health Care Innovation

The Paso del Norte Community Foundation is proud to announce Texas Tech Health Sciences Center El Paso as one of our Partners in Philanthropy.

One of the PdNCF’s four priority areas, Nonprofit Investment includes supporting the growth of nonprofit/designated funds, including endowment funds for nonprofit sustainability, as well as providing training for nonprofit organizations for capacity building and growth.  The nonprofit sector is an economic driver of our community and as nonprofits focus on delivering their missions across myriad charitable purposes, they don’t often have additional resources to support professional development programs or paid internships.

TTUHSC El Paso is excited to announce the forthcoming Steve and Nancy Fox Cancer Center, which heralds a new era for the Borderplex region. To ensure equitable access to care, the Cancer Center Patient Fund has been established to address financial barriers faced by local families. With a $300,000 head start, thanks to the generosity of community leaders, TTUHSC El Paso is committed to matching every dollar donated. This effort aims to guarantee that world-class, comprehensive cancer care is accessible right here at home. TTUHSC El Paso’s dedication to health care excellence and community support is driving significant progress in the Borderplex region.
