Since it was established over seven decades ago, Operation Noel has collaborated with local organizations to provide warm clothing - and most recently coats - to children in need. In 2023, Operation Noel transitioned from a free-standing nonprofit organization to a charitable fund in the Paso del Norte Community Foundation (PdNCF). The PdNCF is dedicated to continuing Operation Noel’s mission of providing coats and small grants to organizations working to meet the needs of the most vulnerable children in our region.

Last year, with the help of generous donors and our community partners, we were able to provide over 1,200 coats to children in Ciudad Juárez and El Paso.

There is tremendous need in our community for warm coats, especially as we begin to enter the cold winter months. We are grateful for your continued support of Operation Noel and the children who benefit because of your generosity.
