Recognizing the need to build the capacity of nonprofit organizations in the region, PdNCF’s second annual Nonprofit Conference: Reimangine!  provides nonprofit executive leadership, staff, and board members. access to high-level thought leadership and skill-building. 

Join us for this in-person conference that kicks off with a Networking Event on May 3rd from 5 PM to 6:30 PM at the Starlight Event Center. Attendees will have an opportunity to network and learn more about the PdNCF’s inaugural Gator Tank! 
 
On May 4th, beginning at 8:00 AM, attendees will be engaged through high-level thought leadership and skill-building at the all-day conference featuring Keynote Speaker, Tracy Spears, Founder of the Exceptional Leaders Lab. 

The conference also features presentations and panel discussions highlighting workforce trends likely to stay in play as the economy recovers. Attendees will learn the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within an organization, they will discover tools that measure impact and data, and understand how organizations can better define their goals, identify audiences, and provide a strategy to put programs in place.
