The Paso del Norte Community Foundation is pleased to welcome new leadership for 2026 and extend a warm welcome to several new members joining our Board of Directors.

Linda Troncoso, President of TRE & Associates, LLC, will serve as Board Chair, with Shea Herman, Director of Operations for the El Paso Rhinos, stepping into the role of Vice Chair. Linda has been a dedicated board member since 2020 and previously chaired the Foundation’s Finance, Audit, and IT Committee. Shea joined the board in 2024 and has been an active contributor on the Communications and Cultivation Committee, bringing energy and a strong focus on community engagement.

The Foundation is also proud to welcome five new board members elected to three-year terms: Alex Acosta, Brad Beasley, Bailee Georges, Joy Martinez, and Dr. Jason Vourazeris. Together, these leaders bring diverse perspectives and expertise across philanthropy, business, education, and community development. We are grateful for their willingness to serve and look forward to the leadership and insight they will bring as we continue to grow philanthropy and impact across our region.
