Andrea works alongside the Paso del Norte Community Foundation (PdNCF) development team. She is responsible for a range of development activities including growing the assets of the Foundation, by cultivating partnerships with nonprofit organizations and current and future donors. She supports designated funds with reaching their philanthropic and development goals, and manages the Foundation's diverse scholarship and grant opportunities. Moreover, Andrea spearheads the PdNCF's annual Nonprofit Conference, Gator Tank, and El Paso Giving Day.
Born and raised in El Paso, Andrea attended The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) earning a Masters in Public Administration with a concentration in Public Policy & Management as well as a Certificate in Nonprofit Administration and Governance. She is a member of Pi Alpha Alpha, the Global Honor Society for Public Affairs & Administration, and was awarded the Outstanding Public Service Award in 2023. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multimedia Journalism with a minor in Sociology.
When she is not working, Andrea is often found spending time with family and friends.
