Meadows Foundation Awards Grant: Support still needed for COVID-19 Response
The Paso del Norte Community Foundation is pleased to announce a $100,000 grant from The Meadows Foundation toward the support of community response related to the impact of COVID-19. The Meadows Foundations joins other individuals, corporations and foundations making resources available to one of eight different COVID-19 Response Funds in the PDN Community Foundation. Applications for grant awards through the El Paso COVID-19 Response Fund and El Paso Food and Beverage Fund are being accepted. Click on the links below for more information about the funds.

El Paso COVID-19 Response Fund was established in partnership with the United Way of El Paso County to support nonprofit organizations serving the most vulnerable in our community - including the homeless, elderly and food insecure.
El Paso COVID-19 Medical Equipment and Supply Fund was established to accept donations to support the production and acquisition of needed medical supplies for front line workers including the production of face shields by local 3D printers.
Fortify the Heroes Fund was established to help the front line- doctors, nurses, first-responders and staff who are fighting the pandemic firsthand in El Paso.
Juárez COVID-19 Response Fund was established by the Fundación Paso del Norte para la Salud & Bienestar to support the acquisition and distribution of needed protective equipment for healthcare and other frontline workers in Ciudad Juárez.
El Paso Food and Beverage Fund was established to provide a grant to Workforce Solutions Borderplex to support food and beverage workers in El Paso, Sunland Park and Santa Teresa, New Mexico who have been laid off or working significantly reduced hours due to a temporary closure as a result of the pandemic.
EPISD Cares Fund was established to help El Pasoans Fighting Hunger Food Bank (EPFH Food Bank) in their efforts to feed families impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
SISD Cares Fund was established to support El Pasoans Fighting Hunger Food Bank in their efforts to feed families impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Amor for Juárez: COVID Resource for Artist Fund was established to support the most urgent needs of artists in El Paso and Juárez in this dire and unprecedented moment.
