The Paso del Norte Community Foundation is proud to announce Judy Robison as Chair and L. Frederick “Rick” Francis as Vice Chair of the 2023 Board of Directors. 

 Mrs. Robison has served on the Board of Directors since 2018. Prior to joining the board, she served five-years on the Paso del Norte Health Foundation Board and chaired the Allocations Committee. Mrs. Robison has been a community advocate over the years and most recently leading the El Paso Museum of Art Foundation Star Ceiling Project. Mr. Francis joined the PdNCF Board of Directors in 2018. Prior to joining the board, he served on the Paso del Norte Health Foundation Board and Allocations Committee from 2016-2017. Mr. Francis is the Chairman of the Board and CEO of WestStar Bank Holding Company Inc. and Executive Chairman of WestStar Bank, and has served on various boards in multiple capacities. We thank Mrs. Robison and Mr. Francis for their leadership and commitment to the PdNCF.

The PdNCF is further pleased to announce board members elected to serve a second term: Leonard “Tripper” Goodman III, Richard Moore, Caroline North and Linda Troncoso. We are grateful for their leadership and service.
